Michael Lucchesi

It is with a heavy heart that I share the passing of my little brother, Michael Roland Lucchesi on Tuesday January 14th, 2025. 

Born on July 24th, 1968, Michael was full of energy from the time he was born. He developed a love for playing the guitar when he 3 years old. Music quickly became his passion.  That passion for music carried on throughout his life.  He was a self taught musician, playing the guitar and drums, as well, he wrote music. He played hockey and loved to play golf with our father, Roland Lucchesi (deceased in 2021).  His two daughters, Jessica and Cheyenne meant the world to my brother.  He loved them so much and he was a great father.

All who knew Michael would say he had a great smile, an infectious laugh and a heart of gold.  He was charming, funny with a great sense of humour. He was always the life of the party. 

Michael is survived by his mother, Marji Elkins, his daughters Jessica (Alex) Lakusta-Ford, Cheyenne Porter, his niece Alyssa Kelly, his grandson, Theodore Lakusta and myself, his Sister, Donna (Simon) Kelly. Michael will be dearly missed by all of his family and countless friends. A Celebration of Life will be held in the spring.  Details to follow.
