Our charming building is located in Ridgeway, Ontario In the Greater Niagara Area. Here we provide a safe space for you to ask questions and learn more about the services we provide. We know it’s not easy but understanding grief, extending emotional support and offering professional advice is how we help best.

Though our services are simpler than traditional funeral methods, we don’t waiver on exceptional care and respect for our clients and their families. We want to ensure you know your rights as outlined by the BAO (Bereavement Authority of Ontario) and feel comfortable with all of your decisions.

Robynn Palumbo

Robynn Palumbo, Funeral Pre-planner is a successful graduate of the Humber College Funeral Pre-planning course. As a resident of Fort Erie for much of her life, she is familiar with the area and its residents. Recognizing a need for simple and affordable death care in this area, Robynn is proud of the services Passages will offer our families. This will make her the fourth generation in her family to enter into the bereavement industry.
